With the latest motors which are much more powerful, one would think it would be even less of a concern. Nothing wrong with watching weight, I just pay a passing concern on .40 or bigger planes. </div><div>
</div><div> I do watch weight somewhat, but not to the point of checking servo weights, etc. If I like a certain engine and its not grossly heavy, on it goes. I dope or poly-u the tank compartment, put on whatever covering I feel is strong and appropriate. Fabric, and a 4-stroke for a Hog Bipe is my taste.
