Yikes. I used to hunt a lot. Not so much now. I was hunting with a guy that while skinning a wild hog, stuck his skinning knife in the top of this thigh down to the bone. He walked back to the camp. Calmly sat down and opened an bottle of Maker's Mark. Took a good drink and poured the next shot into the gaping wound in his leg. He then tied a bandage around his thigh. End of story.
