Your right motor has the poles swapped, while the left is correct. It was probably wired to be used in a M26, KV-1 or M41.

Unplug it from the RX18, extract the pins from the plastic plug using a pointed tool or a small blade to press the retainers before pulling the wires out, swap their positions and plug it again into the Rx18. It should work fine.
