There I was enjoying my 3DD in beautiful flying conditions this afternoon, when I sensed a warm feeling from my rear Levi's pocket, just where I had put my glow starter battery a few minutes earlier.

I was out on the line by myself my club mates watching from the pits. They were somewhat perplexed, they had never seen me dance whilst flying, by now the battery was red hot and smoke was coming from my pocket. I never moved so fast with some skillful one handed flying I ejected the offending battery, I was then faced with the small fire starting at my feet, yet more dancing.

True story so heed the warning, Dont put your glow start in your pocket, you could spontaneously combust. I now have to convince my wife that the brown mark on my boxers is a scorch mark !!
