Default Scratch Build / Wing Loading

I am almost complete with a Scratch Build Float Plane.
I am concerned I did not make the wing loading enough as I didn't calculate the Float weight / Built afterwards.

Electric setup with HiMaxx - HC3522-0990 rated up to 85 oz models

Total Model weight w/floats = 3.5 lbs - 56 ozs
Main Wing Area = 324" - 2.25 ft sq.
24.88 oz/ft

Seems a little high to me.

I went with a slight under camber on the rib design to assist with lift off the water - that was the theory anyway.
Can someone chime in and give me your thoughts. I am ready to build another wing un-sheeted going to 48" if needed.

Thanks!
