I have used Carl Goldberg trim tape in the pass. it good it fuel proof ... so to speak. But its becoming hard to get.  I what I found the best is Auto trim tape. You just have to seal it to make it fuel proof... The best thing to hold canopies on is RC Z-56   It goes on white and dries clear.
