....David, I like the thought of annealing it.........my plan is to use a thin material to produce the fillets/farings between thefuselage and wing ......they were thin sheet alum attachedto the fuselage only with slot head wood screws..........they simply restedagainst the center section of the wing...........I know the easiest method is to build them up with some kind of filler.......thats fine, but I want it to really look like a seperate part installed after the paint process has been completed........I use this method on the tail group.........you will have to go back quite a few pages to view this process.......... I will see if I can find the references to this method......
