Default RE: Which (chinese) facctories make various brands of ESC ..?

Hacker; Hyperion Titan; E-F Airboss; Common-Sense-RC; Sonic Electric; Gens Ace; Apache, OK Hobby Infinite ESC's
Made by SUNRAY TECHNOLOGY, -and not ZTW ...

4. This is the same Sunray Technology OEM company that also makes the outrunner brushless motors for: Hacker, E-F Torque, Z-Hyperion; and also for Pelikan Foxy, LiPolice, OK Hobby Infinite, Shulman Aviation FURY, Gens Ace, Common-Sense-RC, Viper VA, Apache, Pilotage Nova-Line, Lipotech, Sonic Electric, BMI Models "Spitz" motors, Precision Aerobatics Thrust motors, JP E-Pro motors. They also make the range of Turnigy SK3 motors.
see: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_11426913/tm.htm

5. It turns out that Sunray Technology also make the ESC's for almost all of the same brands that they make motors for. And they have done this for several years.
-It was never ZTW that made these brands of ESC's, it was Sunray Tech all along.

6. The conclusion that it might have been ZTW that made these brands of ESC's, was based on the fact that Hacker, Common-Sense-RC, Apache ESC's etc had a very similar "appearance" to many of the ZTW-manufactured ESC's.
-It was also based on the fact that the particular ESC's in this group which actually used a jumper program card (-like Common-Sense-RC, Apache, LiPolice, OK Hobby Infinite, Gens Ace) used a program card which "appeared" to be similar to the standard ZTW program card. It "appeared" to have just a few "minor" differences from the standard ZTW program card.
see: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showp...7&postcount=13

7. We realise now, that these are not just "minor differences" in the ESC program card. The ZTW and the "Sunray" program cards are really very different.
And now we know why.-The ESC jumper program cards for Common-Sense-RC, Apache, LiPolice etc-are made by Sunray Tech in order to program their own OEM brands of ESC's -and they are not made by ZTW at all ... -They never were made by ZTW ...

8. In addition: If you look at the manuals for the ESC's in the list above, the E-F Airboss ESC has EXACTLY the same programming -in terms of parameter order -as the ESC's from: Common-Sense-RC; Sonic Electric; Gens Ace; OK Hobby Infinite; BMI Spitz standard ESC's; BMI Spitz data log ESC's; Shulman Aviation FURY ESC's -to name just a few ...
-ALSO: Hacker X-Pro has identical progamming to Hyperion Titan, Apache and Pilotage Nova-Line ESC's. -And these all have very similar programming to E-F Airboss ESC, they just have a very slightly different order of programming parameters, and do not have the "Restore Factory Default" program setting in position 8;
LiPolice ESC's have identical programming to Hacker X-Pro / Hyperion Titan / Apache, except that the LiPolice ESC's include"Restore Factory Default" in position 8.

9. This programming parameter order is COMPLETELY different for a ZTW ESC -and for all the other ESC's which are made by ZTW.
-In ALL ZTW-produced ESC's, program parameter 4 is ALWAYS: Restore Factory Default

10. It is very clear now that Hacker X-Pro ESC's, and Hyperion Titan, Apache, E-F Airboss, Common-Sense-RC, Sonic Electric ESC's etc etc -cannot be made by ZTW.

11. So if it is not ZTW, then which (chinese) factory DOES make all these different brands of ESC's ?

12. It is Sunray Technology, of course. All along it has been Sunray Technology making these ESC's, over the last 7 or 8 years -and it never was ZTW ...

13. So: As well as making brushless motors for all of its "typical brands" that Sunray Technology supplies as an OEM manufacturer, Sunray Tech also makes ESC's for almost all of these same brands:
Hacker; Hyperion Titan; E-F Airboss; Apache; Pilotage Nova-Line; LiPolice; and also: Common-Sense-RC; Sonic Electric; Gens Ace; OK Hobby Infinite; BMI Spitz standard ESC's; BMI Spitz data log ESC's; Shulman Aviation FURY ESC's; JP E-PRO ESC's; and previously it made ELE-RC "Advance" ESC's (now discontinued) and Watts-Up Hobbies AP 90A ESC (now discontinued);
In addition, Sunray Technology may well make Precision Aerobatics Quantum ESC's, which in many cases look identical to Gens Ace and LiPolice ESC's.

14. It is also highly probable that Sunray Technology make all of the JETI ESC's, since there is a very close relationship betwen Hacker and Jeti.

..... The evidence for Turnigy dlux and Jeti ESC's -will be shown in later posts in this thread.
