I have also run into the issue with the flap pushrods being off from the mounted servo arm by about 5mm. Options are block up the servos (and there are a bunch of supplied little ply plates that could be used for that) or the dreaded "horn cracking", followed by routing out the holes in the spar. Hmmm...
