I thought Karol would join in on this one. As speed mentioned, a lot of people have been using gassers in there 60 size kit built Extras, usually the DLE 20 though, it's just a gas 1.20 engine. Karol and I both are lucky enough to have the old Goldberg 60 size Extra kit built planes, his is gas and mine is glow. I used the YS 1.20 in mine and I think Karol is using the DLE 20, it could be the 30? This old kit is a 68 inch span and one of the better flying Extra ever built. The kit does show up on ebay once in a while but a few mods should be made when building. The GP Extra kit is my second choice and is also a nice build. I once had a Creek 1/4 scale Extra and found no difference in flight between it or any of my others. Mater of fact it was the only plane I could do a rolling circle with. I think it was because I didn't care at all if I crashed it. As nice as it was it was just a used ARF and I flew it as such.
