I had that material for at least 20 years. I wish I had more. Those horns Glenn gave us are correct. Refer to my D-8 build and find the section of those horns being made and finished , your questions will be answered. The holes are not too big. You must put a sleave in them, then a turnbuckle if you wish to adjust the cable.
