You don’t have to use G10 for the control horns. Just get some really thin plywood and cut the shapes out epoxy together to desired thickness and sand to shape. G10 is a very strong fiber plastic material that is way to hard to cut unless you have a laser cutter which most of us don’t. The plywood is super strong duet to 0/90 wood layup and will not pull apart.
