We can only see the Spitz Data Log program card from the rear (see pic below), but we can see very clearly indeed that IT HAS 6 PINS AT THE TOP (and not 5 pins, like a ZTW program card).
And we know from post #46 in this thread -

-Worth noting: That not all the "Sunray brands" like Hacker, Airboss and Hyperion supply jumper program cards for their ESC's -And the ones that do supply program cards are Gens Ace, Common Sense RC, Apache, Lipolice, and OK Hobby Infinite -and they ALL have 6 pins at the top ...
