That big certainly looks good, but is not for a beginner, as specified in the OP.  <div>But avoiding building, there is Graupners ARTS range, assuming that they are still doing those lines, RMS Titanic, HMS Prince of Wales and most of the others in that range are the right size.  The going rate for these is about $150, THEN ADD $150 PER FOOT LENGTH.</div>
