So I finally got some paint on the fuselage and the plane is getting close. Here are two pictures, one with the fuselage in the shop getting the paint mask for the star and bar markings and the other all put together looking pretty decent. I still need to apply the invasion stripes on the back of the fuselage, the black deicing boots on the leading edges and then weather it with some chipped paint and dirt. Once that is all done it will get a final flat clear coat, PPG 2060 and be ready to have everything stuffed back into it.
