It's hard to say about that servo because I'm unsure of the specs of the Leopard ESC. I use a SC1267-TG on a Team Orion ESC without an external BEC and Ihave never experienced glitching. If the Leopard is rated up to 5A then I'd say your fine; otherwise you might want to use a capacitor. A BEC wouldn't be necessary.
