RE: Trust, but verify, Chinese Manufactured ARF's.
I purchased an ARF ME 109F from Nitro Planes and I believe this plane is made in China. It came out a little heavy and I retired it after two flights. Not due to the weight but the fuselage started to buckle. I traced this back to the epoxy resin they used in the lay-up process. I was told by a fiberglass boat manufacture that this type of epoxy when exposed to high temperature will soften. Living and flying in the high desert of California is a disaster waiting to happen for this airframe.
