Actually there is a 50x100x3mm piece for the rudder shield which matches exactly with what is described in the manual. It is coated with epoxy or resin or something clear and shiny anyway.

ok I think the thin sheet of plywood "E" is used to laminate the sides of the 10mm thick blocks used for the main gear door attachment and the front gear door spacer.

I am still confused about "A", though. Not sure what you mean by "lip for the gear door-shut"?
