OK, so maybe it's gone up a little, definitely not 4X! I was just looking on tower.com - case of four gallons of Cool Power 10% was $70, add in shipping and hazmat - say, $90 delivered, so a little over $20 a gallon. Quite a bit more than I was used to but not terrible..
