I haven't done anything to my gear, it came with the camber on one wheel. It's not that bad, and I can probably just bend the axle to compensate if it's a problem. It would be more of a hassle to get it replaced.
Camber is the vertical tilt of the wheel. One of my wheels has the top of the wheel tilted away from the fuselage more than the other.
That really sucks about the float.
