i am 36, an aircraft mechanic(commercial airliners) i have been flying since spring. as most i dont get out enough. 1 time a week. i have not been signed off but i fly solo all the time. its hard to get with an instr. when i need to. i can do basic aerobatics and land like a dream. mostly. i fly a spad debonair. 60" wing trainer. it is a tough plane. i am going to build a spad 4*60 this winter so i will be ready for spring with a new plane. this is a great hobby.
