Guys, this isn't a mfg vs mfg thread. We can an get a lemon from any mfg. The question is, what type of service should we expect when that happens? Is thr cold shoulder acceptable and just part of the hobby?

I have a question for guys, given FEJ's response on their web site... what would you do if you if this happened to you?
