Someone know Easycomposites in UK ????

I bought a vacuum pump ago 2 months and when I receive it I turn on for see like run, but the pump only run 10 seconds them stoped, I open for see and the electric engine was blocked, I only open and them close the engine and this was enought for run again withow problem, but I wrote to the shop for told the problem, but they not answer me.

Yesterday I made the first run with a mold and the problem come again, the pump put HOT and lock again, if I turn off and them turn on the pump run again a pair of minutes until block again.

I want to know if somone get thi model of pump in this shop and if there are some problem with the suport of this people.

I show you the photo of the box of the pump. The box is dirty because the bottle of oil into the box not was perfet close and was opened in the tansport. Too the electric engine come dirty with resin in the side, I show photo too.
