I seldom post anything as I just try to avoid all the banter. However, I too have had issues with HK and there lacking or evasive customer service. Some of the issues I have just moved on and purchased a different product. Of course, they have just pocketed your money for a product of very poor quality. No need to provide specifics as someone will feel the need to be a critic.
Regardless, I have purchased my last product from HK. I too will move on to a different distributor. Life is too short to hop on the HK merry-go-round.
