You don't need flaps for take off. Maybe for the maiden, I would go a bit nose heavy. At 220mm you'll be a bit nose heavy.

If you kept the fuel tank in it's original position, you'll be nose heavy at take off for sure, even at 230mm. But for landing CG will move backwards

If I recall correct, Jack Diaz recommended 40º for landing, but search this thread. It's here...
