Well I had some more time to work on the bullet so I decided to do some research into aerodynamics. I decided that I wanted to have the complete truck boxed in to reduce as much drag as possible. Now the trouble was figuring out how to do it without adding a pile or weight or emptying the wallet? Here is what I came up with, can't wait to see if it makes a difference.
I then thought about what I would do with the exhaust to keep the mess down, hope this works well:
