Default RE: Composite ARF Tucano Build

Hi...

The weathering job is done purely with airbrush... not much more I can say than that Idont think!

The prop is an Engel 24x14, the spinner is the standard CARF supplied spinner, airbrushed black. It performs really well. Whilst I have not done the performance comparisons myself, I believe it gives slightly better performance than the standard Beila prop. You will see some earlier discussions on this prop on this forum somewhere. In comparisons with a friend who has the standard Beila prop on his Tucano, we both believed the Engel was slightly quieter too, but I dont have hard data to back that up, only impressions.

Great looking job. Two questions.

Tell us about the weathering job. Can you go into some detail on what you did?

What prop and spinner are you using? How does this combination perform?

Always looking for other options. Thanks, Mike
