Where's the problem? From the sellers standpoint it's great. If something is no longer in production than the market will dictate the price and you can find things that would possibly not be available otherwise. If something is used and someone wants to bid up the price you don't have to buy, you set your price and be patient, you'll either get it at your price or not.

So again I ask, what's the problem?
