Why are you worried about how others spend their money?

If you have ever been to an auction (live) you will notice the same thing. Its what an auction is all about. I have bought stuff on ebay simply because I wanted it, or even because I didnt want the "other" guy to get it. Stupid? To some, maybe, but unless someone is holding a gun to your head and making you bid YOUR hard earned money on something, why worry about it?
