The 1/5 scale is +2 Degrees according to the Pica manual. I would think +6 would be way more than needed.

Right now the horizontal stab platform is at +0.6 (6/10) of one degree. Even though the plan or instruction manual doesn't spell-out the required incidence, I measured the plan and there is in fact some positive incidence.
