Hey David & Dave,
I like the suggestions and I can see where it wouldn't be difficult to install the engine and pipe in the airplanes you sellected. Of the three you selected, I like the looks of the Bootlegger the best. The first plane that popped into my mind when I bought the engine was the EU1A, but I'm beginning to wonder if the new Nova Rossi R91F would not be a better choice for this plane. Anyhow, like I've said before, along with the EU1A, the Aurora and the Atlanta are my favorite classic pattern planes. Unfortunately, I don't know if it would be possible to shoehorn my new motor into the small nose of either of these planes. I'm not certain, but I think finding the right header for this combination will be difficult for either of these airplane / engine combinations too.
So, David O., when are you going to get one of these purple headed monsters?..................................
Dave P., thanks for all of your help as well. I got an email from Buddy a while ago, but I have not had a chance to reply to it yet. I'm glad to know he is such an understanding person. I certainly would not be if somebody called me at 6:00am and woke me up.........................[>:] BTW, I've been to his website. I filled out the order form on the website, but I had to call him to pay for the motor.
Keep the suggestions coming. What do you guys think about a Mach 1 as a possible home for the engine?
Take care Fella's,
David
