RE: ESM F6F Hellcat Info?
I ordered from VQ Warbirds today, the Hellcat and the Sierra gear. Hey Bubba, that looks like a Fed Ex Caravan panel, even down to the Engine Recorder known as "the snitch". My limited time in the junk D-18s of MayAir Express are not looked upon with such fond memories. A blown cylinder, vicious cross winds in Midland, Tx, looking up at the highwires at the end of the runway, dodging thunderstorms without radar or a storm scope (no DME that worked either or a GPS), having to load the plane myself. The Caravan was easy street. Fed Ex loaded and unloaded the plane and they paid me to go for airplane rides. (most of the time).
