My name is John (it really is, not making it up). I'm 21 and am a college student. I've been wanting to fly rc planes since I was a little kid; I just never had the money to buy anything back then. Nowadays, I'm still broke. I'm also very new to this hobby. I finally got into it since my friends dad gave me his GP Piper J-3 Cub. It came with a .45 K&B sportster and I'm in the process of building it right now. I've never flown before. This will be my first plane. I build little by little everyday. I'm in Houston and the nearest field(15 min.) to me is Escobee in Goerge Bush park. I also have interest in precision shooting although I don't have a rig. I'll be staying with this hobby till I die. It's so addictive. I love building.
