That is a hot wire foam cutter. It uses a door bell transformer to heat the wire. The dimmer switch controls the heat. You can make templates out of cheap 1/8 plywood, then cover the edge with copper foil tape to give a nice edge for the wire to slide on that will not burn. I will use it for mostly free had and straight cuts.

I just opened the box on a Lee 50th anniversary kit, 223, 30-30 dies.

I have some supplies on the way for my wet tumbler. Soon I will be knee deep in brass casings.


I need a bigger garage.
