I just did a search and for this on another thread about the CMP 80" Zero. He talks about how he has is throws and expo setup on his radio.

"here is what I have found from these forums re throws: Ail 1/2" up/down low rate , as much as you can get on high. El. 3/4 " up/down low rate , 1 1/4 high , Rud 3/4 " low , as much as you can get on high , Flaps as much as you can get or 45 deg full down , 15 to 20 deg for half down . I am using 40 expo on low EL and 70 on High , same on Ail. "
