I think in the case of some companies... FEJ... discounts are given to people who in turn say FEJ products are made out of sunshine and puppies. The new ''consumer-rep'' is part of the problem with the misrepresentation of these products.

I think a major part of the problem here is just what you say. A lot of people have gotten free or discounted products, but have not said so.
Is that the rule? That you must disclose?
