It is difficult to say what carb was the standard used on the engines. Ross used Kavan, and Perry  carburetors on the engines. I am not sure about K&B carbs though but he could have used them too.  I don't think that is a K&B carb on the Ross .60 Red Head though, it looks more like a Kavan carb to me.
