Kerwin50, I am using a jr 4.8v ignition battery. Mine goes the opposite way. The first few flights run great with
no miss at all. Then all of a sudden it will start to miss a little on the next flight. Then continue to get worse
on the next succeeding flights.The engine never quits but the miss is annoying. Aframe2
If it is a JRNiMh, that sounds somewhat typical....voltage probably dropping under load after a couple flights. If NiCad, could have "memory", maybe....either way - what you have is ignition-related, very little doubt with the extra info you just provided. Truckracer is right on - if you have a spare ignition, try it....spare battery, try it....
