Casio's Exilim series will do it. Prices are around $250 - $500 US, depending on the model, at least here. Up to 1000 frames per sec, but remember, the higher the frame rate, the lower the resolution. These are bigger cameras, I'm not familiar with smaller cameras, such as GoPro that will do high frame rates. The Casios would need to be in larger aircraft.
