I agree. It is process by elimination. I'd say either your brake pads are dragging, your gear mesh is jacked, your clutch is off, or there is an issue with a diff. I'd check inthat order.
Also check your wheel bearings. If one popped and got lodged in something, that would be a problem as well....although that would be pretty rare to stop the drive-train.
