Yes it is.

I'm unstickying and locking this thread, since 5 FAQs with no elaboration doth not an RCU sticky make. Furthermore, for some reason, this thread keeps getting used to ask random questions rather than post additional FAQs relating to drifting.

If someone wants to create a real Drifting FAQ and submit it, I would definitely see what could be done about stickying it.
