+1 on all the above. I have the 615's and if just one mounting screw is too tight it will flex the side frames and bind the gear. Loosen them all then tighten them 1 by 1 until they bind and then put a washer under the ones that cause it. I like to start with my valves closed all the way and then start opening them until I get the right speed, it prevents the gear from slapping through the top of the wingI see Robart includes a warning paper telling you not to get your fingers in the way of operating gear. I wonder what law suit prompted that one
