Well, considering that the state of Illinois is probably the most corrupt state in the Union, their gas prices is probably parr for the course.
It seems like every week or so another politician from that state gets caught with their hands in the cookie jar. We got stuck with one of their politicians down here too for a while as he was trying to hide from the state.
