Sorry for the delay... slow progress. Gave up on Dupli-color (too expensive and needed too much paint to get a good coat on).
I've switched to Rustoleum X2... great colors... easy to spray on... easy to manage. The even have an automotive clear coat that's supposed to be fuel proof... woot.
