Perhaps now they will get around to replacing or refunding for the airplane I ordered that arrived with smashed wings...it's only been 5 or 6 years...
I doubt it was shipped that way, it probably happened in transit. Sorry you had a bad experience and I'd be angry about it also, What steps did you take with HK to get some resolution?
