went back after supper. it will not run above 1/3 throttle agene. No adjustments were made. I'm beginning to think that I don't have a tuning issue. where should I start? Carburetor kit, Carburetor, fuel lines, or filters? what should I look for. started with a 1 1/8 out high needle setting.
