Are you talking speed of the spool up or efflux?

Efflux for our turbines is WAY WAY above any speed that you will ever reach with an aircraft. Limiting speed for our aircraft is drag not efflux. Drag increases by the cube root. The only way to increase speed with our jets is to limit drag.
