efflux = exhaust speed correct? form what I understand the faster the efflux the faster the aircraft will fly, so 50 lbs of thrust @ 100RPM vs 50lbs of thrust @ 125 RPM, the 125 RPM would be faster I assume, where as the 100 RPM will have more "torque" or static thrust.
