Just went online to find out how many real complaints against HK USA. in the lat 3 years there have been a total yes total of 50. that's just over 16 a year. WOW! now that is amazing. Shows the few continue to complain but considering the tens of thousands of orders a year that they process here this is amazing. It gives a 99 plus percent customer happy number.....
THE BBB gives them an F why? because they aren't a member of the BBB and they have no info on how big or how long HK has been in business plus those complaints. so... if you refuse to pay the bbb to be a member you get an F..... talk about communism sneaking up on us..... :-)
