The BBB does not give you an F for not belonging... they give you an F for not responding to their complaint and handling the complaint through the BBB. I am sure HK does not want to deal with a third party, but that is part of doing business here in the states. 19 really is a lot of complaints, considering most people never file a BBB complaint. Only the really pissed off people will take the time to do that.
